Benjy came to the show as an intern in 1998. With many of his bits and ideas being integrated into the show, a position was soon created for him, and in 2001 Benjy became a full-time writer for the The Howard Stern Show. Benjy now sits in the studio alongside Artie and Fred, where he writes tons of jokes and lines LIVE as the show unfolds—many of which you hear Howard incorporate into each show.

A graduate of Penn State University, Benjy is a former state Hula Hoop Champion of South Carolina. Prior to writing for the show, Benjy worked as a telephone psychic, a driver/bodyguard for escorts and a Rabbinical Assistant. While climbing his way up the show biz ladder, Benjy lived in various storage lockers and parks in New York City....Benjy now has an apartment with an indoor bathroom.
