Letrons created a car that morphs into a giant robot

The Decepticons may soon have a real-life recruit joining their ranks.

Turkish company Letrons has just built a real-life “Transformer.” The group recently posted a video on YouTube of their creation morphing from a car into a giant robot. While the car has no physical room for a driver, its mobility is remote-controlled. Once fully transformed, however, the “Transformer” is decked-out, complete with a moving head, arms, and fingers.

Letrons reports that the machine took 12 engineers a total of eight months to build, using what used to be a BMW sports car as the basis.
