Even a year after his passing, David Bowie is still surprising his fans with new offerings.

On Sunday — what would have been Bowie’s 70th birthday — the late singer-songwriter’s final recordings were released in an EP titled “No Plan.” The release was accompanied by an eerie new music video, directed by Tom Hingston, of the EP’s title track.

The EP consists of “Lazarus” (released on Bowie’s final album “Blackstar”), “No Plan,” “Killing a Little Time,” and “When I Met You.” The last three songs come from the cast recording of Bowie’s Broadway musical “Lazarus,” and were released in October. However, “No Plan” marks the first time these final recordings are available on their own.
