“Weird Al” Yankovic’s career has spawned countless memorable songs, albums, and videos, changing the way we think of certain popular songs forever. Now, the former Stern Show guest has announced the release of a career-spanning rarities collection, “Medium Rarities.” In true Al fashion, the details have been delivered in the form of an off-kilter, ’80s video game-style 8-bit video (below).

The 23-song collection, which will be available through Al’s massive upcoming “Squeeze Box” box set, will cover recordings like the original demo for “Yoda,” the theme song to “Comedy Bang Bang,” a song he wrote for an episode of “The Simpsons,” and the single-version of “My Bologna.” Also included are parody tunes unavailable anywhere else, including “Pac-Man,” set to the tune of the Beatles’ “Revolver” starter, “Taxman.”
