Shaggy Shows Sting Around Jamaica in ‘Don’t Make Me Wait’ Music Video

Song hails from the musicians' upcoming collaborative album “44/876”

February 7, 2018

Jamaican-born rapper and reggae singer Shaggy takes rock icon Sting on a tour of his home country in the newly released music video for “Don’t Make Me Wait,” the lead single off the duo’s upcoming collaborative album “44/876.”

Sting dives head first into the local culture during his visit, too – he shops at a fish market, crashes a block party, sips on a Red Stripe beer, and sits down for a game of dominoes. As darkness sets in toward the end of the music video, he and Shaggy even put on a concert for the locals.

Sting last visited the Stern Show in late 2016. In addition to discussing his prolific career as both a solo artist and with the Police, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer performed a number of his classic tunes live in the studio, including chart-toppers like “Message in a Bottle” and “Every Breath You Take.” Check out one of his performances (below) and listen to his full sit-down with Howard here.
