Kelly Clarkson Drops Soulful ‘Meaning of Life’ Music Video
Song serves as title track off recent Stern Show guest’s eighth studio album

Kelly Clarkson has dropped the music video for her latest single, “Meaning of Life.”
Released on Mother’s Day, the clip (above) follows her as she meanders around a massive mansion and absolutely sings her heart out. The talented singer, songwriter, and “Voice” coach is accompanied in the video by backup singers and a full band, just as she was during her 2017 Stern Show debut.
“Meaning of Life” is the title track off Kelly’s eighth studio album, her first with Atlantic Records, released in October. When the three-time Grammy winner joined the Stern Show just a few days later, she told Howard all about her album, going so far as to reveal her new record company had given her the freedom to the make the music she had always wanted to make. “Not only that, they’re excited,” Kelly told Howard. “They’re really stoked about the whole idea of making … soulful pop.”
