2018 MTV Movie and TV Awards: Complete Winners List

"Stranger Things" and "Black Panther" clean up at annual ceremony

June 19, 2018

It’s good to be king, especially when it comes to award shows.

On Monday the MTV Movie & TV Awards handed out a whole lotta giant popcorn trophies to the cast of “Black Panther,” Marvel’s billion-dollar blockbuster starring Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa, the claw-wielding ruler of Wakanda. While Boseman won awards for Best Hero and Best Performance in a Movie, his co-star Michael B. Jordan won Best Villain for playing the vengeful N’Jadaka.

Also taking home some of the night’s top prizes was Netflix’s hit series “Stranger Things” including the award for Best Performance in a Show which went to 14-year-old star Millie Bobby Brown.

The annual award ceremony was hosted by comedian and co-star on Tracy Morgan’s “The Last O.G.” Tiffany Haddish (above) who also won Best Comedic Performance for her wet and wild performance in “Girls Trip.”
