It looks like the cast of “Game of Thrones” is capable of winning more than just prestigious TV awards.

Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, the “Game of Thrones” star who portrays Ser Gregor “The Mountain” Clegane, has just won his first World’s Strongest Man competition.

The 6-foot-9-inch, 400-pound Icelandic behemoth claimed top prize at the annual strongman event, held Sunday in the Philippines, after having previously finished in second or third place on six different occasions, according to the New York Times. To win, the 29-year-old actor and athlete had to score high in an array of grueling events, including the Truck Pull, the Car Deadlift, and the Loading Race, which has competitors haul anchors, anvils, and more.

Björnsson shared pictures from the competition and the winner’s podium on Instagram. Take a look (below).

The World’s Strongest Man competition airs in the U.S. on CBS in June. Björnsson’s character is also slated to appear on the upcoming eighth and final season of HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” airing in 2019.
