No subjects are too taboo for George Lopez in the new clip for his upcoming stand-up special “We’ll Do It for Half.”

The official trailer sees the legendary comedian, TV star, and repeat Stern Show guest delivering humorous commentary on everything from race relations in America to prostate cancer. In one bit, he recalls arguing with his grandmother and her firing back by critically recalling the moment of George’s own conception. “I told my grandmother when I was eight, I said, ‘I hate you.’ She must’ve had one in the chamber. She said, ‘Mira cabron, I fucking hated you first. I hated you when they were fucking making you … You know what I said? “Fucking swallow ‘em!”’” George jokes (above).

Filmed at San Francisco’s Warfield Theater, the one-hour performance serves as Lopez’s first Netflix special. According to the description, the celebrated comic’s set also sees him opine on life lessons to be learned from the Latino community and tackle topics ranging from cultural differences and emotional support animals to gender reveal parties.

George and Howard certainly touched upon a variety of subjects during his visit to the Stern Show back in 2016. He opened up about everything from how Sandra Bullock helped him land his first sitcom to what it was like to watching Garry Shandling become Larry Sanders. Catch a clip from his interview with Howard (below).
