Natalie told Howard that she would do anything to get breast implants.
Howard then asked her if she'd have sex with John in exchange for the surgery, but she said she wouldn't go that far. Natalie did note that she would do Howard in a second though.
To see just how far she would go, Dr. Sal Calabro called in and offered to give both girls implants for free, which would satisfy Natalie, while also allowing Karina to keep the $5,000 she won. Howard said the only way he'd go along with that idea would be if the two girls agreed to get topless and make out for 10 seconds.
Although Karina claimed she had never had any lesbian experiences before, she said she'd do it for the money. During the kiss, Howard asked if the time was up, and Gary responded that it wasn't in his book. After it was through, Karina commented that she liked the make-out session, but that she would be sticking with her boyfriend.
Artie told the girls that if they kissed each other again he'd give them both a ride to Dr. Sal's office in Philadelphia.
Clarity Is His Anger
John told Howard that he was more than a little upset that Natalie said she wouldn't sleep with him, even for the implants. To really get his point across, John then yelled that DJs suck and that club music was for homos. He also screamed that Sal's claim that all women are whores is true.
Gary pointed out that during his tirade, John didn't stutter once. John responded that he seems to be able to control his affliction when he is mad. Natalie then observed that if this was the case, she wished John had gotten mad while giving her directions.
The Joy of Music
Howard brought up that John now makes appearances at bachelorette parties, but he couldn't understand what he does when he is there. Howard wondered if John's routine is to show up, hit on the women, and then threaten to kill them after they reject him. However, John told Howard that isn't what he does at all. John explained that all he does at the parties is read classic rock trivia to the women.
After John gave a few examples of his talent, Howard broke the news to him that no women would want to hear that at bachelorette parties. Because he hasn't actually performed at such a get-together yet, John couldn't report how it has been going. Robin commented that someone needed to hire John just so she could check it out for herself.
