Howard promoted the fact that there is a brand new "Page Sixty Nine" up on the home page. He said he learned a lot of interesting things in there today, including that the women at KROCK are also complaining about dirty bathrooms.
Robin had said that the women's bathroom wasn't as bad as the men's but that is not what some of the women here at KROCK told Page 69. Robin then admitted that although she doesn't feel their bathroom is as gross as the men's it is still pretty disgusting. She said that one woman disposed of her feminine hygiene product in a really gross way so someone put up a note requesting that the perpetrator how to dispose of it properly.
Page Sixty-Nine co-author Jason Kaplan came in and said that the bathroom is already pretty gross this morning. Apparently, since Friday was a holiday there was no cleaning staff in, and since the cleaning staff never comes in on the weekends, the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in at least three days. Jason said there was garbage overflowing everywhere in there. He said he saw a half eaten bowl of food in the bathroom garbage and he has no idea who would want to eat in there. He also said there was a coffee cup lid jammed into one of the toilet bowls. Howard said that Tom Chiusano, who wasn't here today, tells everyone that they have to responsible for the mess in the bathroom and it's not his responsibility. Howard wondered how Tom had gotten this far in life with that kind of mentality.
Another story from Page Sixty Nine that Howard talked about today was about how E! Senior Producer Mike Gange has been diagnosed with a "fatty liver." According to "69", Mike has to diet and stop drinking now until this goes away. Gange confirmed the story to Howard, saying that the doctor told him that somehow fat cells have gotten into his liver. This condition could be caused by general obesity, drinking, or rapid weight loss. Howard thought it couldn't have been from the latter and Gange agreed. Gange said he just has to cut back on eating and drinking, as reported in Page Sixty Nine, and hopefully his liver will return to normal. Gange wondered why it seems that Artie can eat and drink and do whatever he wants and be fine, but Artie said that wasn't necessarily the case. He said he just doesn't go to the doctor's because he's afraid of what they'll tell him. Howard said another thing that really disturbed him on Page Sixty Nine was learning that Sal the Stockbroker shoves his hands down his pants a lot, and then hands Howard things like carts. Howard said Page Sixty Nine had a picture to prove it too and now he doesn't want Sal handing him anything. Artie said that he noticed Sal doing that all the time and it's not a one time thing. Howard was looking for Sal to yell at him about this but no one could find him. Artie also told Howard how that Sal doesn't just put his hands in his waistband; it's more like he digs his hands down the back of pants looking for warmth. Gary reported that they finally found Sal - in the bathroom.
