After Danny discussed his feelings about Shirley Jones, David Cassidy and Leif Garrett, he added that he just had a physical and he’s in perfect health, despite his use of alcohol, cigarettes and steroids. Given this, Howard suggested that Artie start taking steroids so that his liver and lungs don’t get damaged with all the drinking and smoking he does. Artie replied that he used to dabble in steroids, but that he didn’t work out when he was taking them, they just made him fatter.
