Howard brought up how tragic the death was of Pantera's, Dimebag Darrell Abbott. Howard explained that the man who shot Darrell did so because he blamed Darrell for splitting up the band. Artie responded that he drank with Darrell just four days before his death and that Pantera fans still approach him to mention how cool it was that he hung out with Darrell so close to his passing. Richard reported that he had the chance to party with Darrell as well and that he thought Darrell was an amazing person. This led Artie to mention that over the weekend he watched a profile of Mark David Chapman, which he said showed just how crazy Mark was before he shot John Lennon. Artie said that, according to the special, Mark told his wife he was traveling from their home in Hawaii to New York in order to kill John and that she didn't think anything of it. However, Artie added that Mark couldn't go through with it the first time he made the trip and that he would've backed out the second time as well if the gargoyles on John's apartment building hadn't encouraged him to kill John. Artie went on to say that Mark's wife mentioned that he used to lie naked on his bed repeating, "Catcher, catcher in the rye, John Lennon must die" before going to New York.
