Howard started the show mentioning he had a big night yesterday watching “American Idol.” Howard said that the one person he still doesn’t like on the show is Paula Abdul, because of the way she interrupts Simon Cowell every time he talks. Robin added that all of the “American Idol” rip offs have figured out that their judges aren’t supposed to step on each other’s lines, yet the original program hasn’t. Gary added that, instead of insulting the contestants, Paula simply says, “life’s a journey,” when she wants to be critical. As the conversation continued, Howard pointed out that they were doing exactly what Eric the Astronaut’s upcoming “American Idol Wrap Up Show” is meant to do.
