Blue Iris called in to say how excited she is about her upcoming appearance on the show, especially because she'll be riding the Sybian. Iris noted that she just got out of the hospital after suffering from internal bleeding, and that the story about how she had sex with a male nurse while in the hospital she told the last time she called was true. Iris then recalled that the man in question started massaging her neck and shoulders, which led to sex. Upon hearing this, Artie commented that he "could only assume in a previous life this guy was Hitler." Iris noted that there was no lock on the door of her hospital room, but that her partner closed "the sheet" – which Robin pointed out is called "a curtain" – around her bed while they were physical. Blue also reported that the man didn't use a condom during their time together, and that he was on top of her while they did it. When Richard came into the studio and said that he'd like to see pictures of Iris from when she was younger, Howard replied that cameras hadn't been invented back then. Iris went on to claim that the man "finished" on her stomach, and that she took his deposit and rubbed it on her face. To which Artie commented that Iris' story was the "grossest and funniest" one he's ever heard.
Iris mentioned that she's been working on her standup routine, and offered the following example of her work: "If p*ssy was coffee, what would you call it? Paster's Choice." After giving Iris a few chances to redeem herself after her first joke bombed, Gary came into the studio and announced that he was advised by Tim Sabean to wait two weeks to book Iris because it'll save SIRIUS money on her flight. Bob pointed out, though, that Iris might not be alive in two weeks, so Gary should fly her in as quickly as possible. Gary then wondered if Iris is of "full mental capacity," which Howard said was "an awful question" to ask one of his guests. However, when Iris asked when President Reagan became "ridden with Alzheimer's," only to reply that it happened "his whole second year," Howard admitted that Gary's question might've been a valid one. Tim then came into the studio and promised that Iris will be booked for the show sooner than two weeks.
