Blowing Up on the Road

The show started with Robin announcing she blew a tire while on her way to work this morning. Robin explained she was coming into the city from the Jersey Shore and drove herself part of the way before meeting up with her car service. Robin added she encountered her problem en route to meeting her driver, who picked her up at her disabled car after she called him on her cell phone. When Howard asked Robin why she didn’t just have her driver pick her up from her house, she replied the driver would’ve had to have been there at 1 a.m. in order to get her to the studio on time because he drives too slow. Robin then mentioned she stayed up for “The Sopranos” last night, but still woke up at 2:30 a.m. to leave for work.
