The first person Howard addressed was Dennis, who spoke in a high-pitched voice. When Robin pointed out Dennis was in a wheelchair, he told her to "leave him alone," even though she replied she made the comment just so listeners were aware of the fact. After Dennis claimed he had three personalities, one of which was a woman named Denise, he explained he was in his wheelchair because he was hit by a car when he was 7 years old. Dennis went on to say he was clinically dead following the accident, but he saw a white light and heard someone who he thought was God telling him it wasn't his time to die. Dennis noted he couldn't move any part of his body, and, even though he admitted to having voted for George Bush, added he wanted to say "f' you" to him once he found out about his stance on stem-call research. Dennis next claimed he couldn't ejaculate and acknowledged that his nurses have to pull his fecal matter out whenever he has to move his bowels. Dennis reported he used to have a girlfriend who suffered from cerebral palsy, and she once attempted to service him with her hand, but "nothing came out." Dennis proceeded to recall he tried to have sex with prostitutes on separate occasions, although they weren't able to get him to finish either. As Dennis was telling the story, Mark, who Howard noted wanted to be called Big Foot, interrupted him and informed him he had hooker stories of his own. When Howard heard Big Foot's voice, he admitted he had initially thought Dennis would win the contest, but was already having second thoughts.
