Jon got to a tape of Johnny Fratto, whose father was a member of the mob in the Midwest, telling stories about his dad’s life in the mafia. In the clip, Johnny claimed his father once brought home an actual NASA space capsule before recalling the time he refused to answer when his teacher asked him who killed John F. Kennedy because his dad had advised him to never answer such questions. Johnny went on to say his dad also forced Michael Landon to participate in a parade he planned on skipping, while also acknowledging his father rubbed off on him, adding there was a time he had to “convince” his former landlord by “grabbing his neck” that the pet living in his apartment was actually a “cat” and not a dog, which would not have been allowed there. When the tape was done, Ralph commented Johnny had a great voice, and added he looked exactly like he sounded he would. Jon next played a clip of KC Armstrong, who was working for Johnny, calling into the program during Johnny’s interview to talk about how he had recently dismantled his roommate’s computer and put it back together in order to “make it better.” Following the clip, Gary reported KC would be coming into the studio in the future to showcase his latest concept, which was porn stars telling dirty jokes between the acts of real comedians. Gary then took a question from a caller who wanted to know if he missed KC, and he acknowledged he did, adding he “loved him like a brother” while he worked at KROCK.
