The show began this morning with Robin acknowledging she was wrong yesterday when she insisted that Bill Clinton could run as Vice President if Hillary ran for President, explaining would not be eligible to be President if something were to happen to Hillary because he'd already served two terms. This led Howard to play a clip from yesterday's "Wrap Up Show," of Artie talking about how Howard and Robin occasionally made him feel like "a boob" because of the way they gave him advice. Artie then pointed out the criticism he got from Howard and Robin last week, concerning his decision to buy a house while also keeping his current apartment, bothered him. Artie explained that he was keeping his apartment because it has a great view of the Manhattan skyline, and he thought its value would increase when the Freedom Tower is built.
As Howard continued to tell Artie how he disapproved of his decision, especially because he would become a landlord once he started renting out his apartment, Artie responded by saying he didn't think Howard really cared about him, despite Howard's words to the contrary. After Robin called Artie "a bitch" because of his attitude, Howard commented he felt Artie was acting "cunty" due to his "lack of p*ssy."
Jessica Hahn then called in to tell Howard and Robin they were being "condescending" to Artie, but Howard insisted that wasn't the case. Artie proceeded to say he wanted a new house because he needed more room, but Howard replied he doubted that was true, and that Artie's lack of space had more to do with his "inability to throw things out" instead.
