Howard started with a clip from yesterday's "Wrap Up Show," prefacing it by saying Artie was "being dishonest." In the tape, Artie talked about his refusal to lose weight in the Battle of the Blobs competition, adding he decided instead to pay each of his teammates "a grand" so they wouldn't be upset with the way he performed.
After Artie also claimed he never wanted to take part in the game, Howard stopped the clip and insisted Artie had said during creative meetings when the topic came up that he, in fact, wanted to participate in a weight-loss competition.
As Artie insisted he always spoke out against the competition, Howard responded he taped every meeting, and that he'd find the segment he was discussing to prove he was right. Artie then went back to eating his buttered bagel, which led Howard to point out some listeners have complained about having to listen to him chew on the air, and Artie replied he felt the same way with the way Howard ate his chicken.
Sal then came into the studio to showoff the tattoo of a basketball he got on his rear end prior to the game, complaining that the ink didn't wash off as promised. However, Gary got on his intercom and informed Sal that he once had the same type of tattoo, and that it took about 30 days to wear off.
Richard also came into the studio to tell how he and Sal played in the game naked, and Artie added they were painting each other's private parts before the contest started. Artie also said Sal ran around with a cigarette stuck in his penis, and to make it worse, went on to smoke the same cigarette.
