Jeff the Drunk called in to say he was leaving for the hospital later in the day, and that he was on both Medicaid and Medicare, so the costs of his procedure were covered. Jeff then said he was "appreciative" for Howard's help, but also explained that he was yelling at people yesterday because he didn't want to be told he had to go to the hospital since he had already promised he was in fact going to do just that. Howard went on to ask if anyone from Howard TV was covering Jeff's stay at the hospital, but he replied that he wasn't made aware of it if they were.
When Howard advised Jeff to leave for the hospital as soon as he could, Jeff told him that he first had to wait for a shipment of cigarettes that was scheduled to be delivered to him. This led Howard to ask how much money Jeff saved by buying his cigarettes through the mail, and he claimed that he saved about $100 on the 5 cartons he orders about once a month.
Howard then got to some song parodies, including more covers of Mark Harris' "I'm a Gay Papa," as well as one Dan the Song Parody Man made using clips of Andrew Dice Clay. After Howard played some new Robin-inspired songs as well, Artie asked Robin if she was at all turned off from dating given her breakup with Mr. X, and she insisted that not even "a toe" on her body wasn't interested in dating again.
