Sal came in to say that he took his wife out for dinner on Saturday. He fed her as much alcohol as possible so he might get some action, but she went straight to sleep when they got home. Sal did say though, that things are getting better, "even in the bedroom," but didn't want to give much detail.
Howard then played a new video about the "emotional friend" from the Bleeding Deacons and the first song parody Gary ever did, finally turning the tables on Sal.
Howard asked Artie to step on the scale, but Artie denied him, saying the post-scale "blues" affect his whole day. Artie said "the 40 and the 300 are getting to me," and claimed that if he weighed 310, he might get violent. Howard reminded Artie that he'd promised to get on the scale today, and Artie responded that his life is full of empty promises.
Howard said he was watching an episode of HBO's "Real Sports" in which Gene Atkins and other old NFL players are given a post-concussion memory test. Gene couldn't repeat numbers or remember the months of the year. Howard speculated that Gene never knew the months of the year in the first place.
Gary came in to say that the show also brought together two former teammates who didn't remember each other, causing Howard to speculate that he won't remember Fred when he's older.
