Howard told Robin that she was great on Larry King, and asked if she was getting a cut of Dr. Roni's book, which she was promoting on Larry's show.
Robin said she wasn't, but added that she was happy the book shot to #2 on Amazon and #3 on the New York Times bestseller list. Gary asked Robin if it was true that she told Larry that black people were fat because of slavery. Robin replied that poor nutrition has been the problem in the black community for a long time, citing "soul food" as an example.
Artie commented that Bubba is claiming that he's in trouble with "corporate" and was also feuding with Jason Ellis from Sirius' Faction Channel for some reason.
Howard said Bubba isn't in any real trouble and speculated that Bubba's just making "good radio." Robin noted that Bubba was complimenting Beth, and Brent, Bubba's producer, left the studio because he was scared.
Howard remarked that he'd hire Brent if anything ever happened to Gary, and added that Bubba was coming up to New York at the end of the month so they could reassure him that he was doing a good job.
Tim Sabean came in to say that Bubba does get reined in occasionally so that "people don't get hurt."
