Tim Sabean Explains Nothing

Howard noted that Bubba had a breakdown yesterday, so Tim Sabean came in to “explain” things. Howard and Robin couldn’t figure out what Tim was talking about, and after a few questions, Tim eventually admitted that Bubba just forgot to have all his bits pre-approved. Artie thought there were a ton of holes in Tim’s story, but Tim just laughed. Howard then called in to Bubba’s terrestrial show and ribbed him about the censored format. After he was done talking with Bubba, Howard had a laugh at Tim’s huge armpit stains.
