Howard got Mike Walker of The National Enquirer on the line, as he does every Thursday, to play "The Gossip Game," in which Mike reads four gossip items – three (allegedly) true, one false – and the crew has to guess the fake. But first Howard Mike talked about Mike's new book, "Get Real! The Sexy, Scary, Scandalous World of Reality TV," which has an entire chapter explaining why Mike believes that Howard Stern invented reality TV. Howard said he found the rest of the book to be just as good and recommended everyone go to Amazon or their local book store and get it, noting that Mike "doesn't write boring shit." 1. Heather Locklear turned down Denise Richards' request to reconcile their differences on her new reality show. 3. Zac Efron had his mom send him bed-sheets from home when he stayed in London. 4. Katherine Heigl's husband is annoyed by her chain-smoking. Howard and Fred thought the second story sounded phony, and Robin picked the fourth, as it was the only one that didn't carry a slight air of legitimacy. Mike then announced that Robin was right.
