Howard learned that Riley Martin has passed on any future contracts with Sirius, so he asked why Tim didn't offer him at least a $100-per-show raise. Tim came in to explain that he already has to pay an engineer to go to Riley's house for each show and E-Ron, Riley's co-host/producer, so the budget is maxed out. Howard joked that it looked like Riley's budget went into Tim's stomach, so Tim replied that he worked out every day but admitted he might need adult supervision all day, as "there's crap [food] everywhere."
Later, Riley called in to complain that he had just discovered that he "owed you motherf'ers one more show," but "nonetheless, you understand...I have honored the goddamn deal for the last two years and I'm asking for a pittance." Tim advised Riley to live on a budget, and Riley shot back that "starvation" wasn't a budget. Riley and Tim continued to negotiate, but after a while, they both decided to finish things up off the air.
