Howard started off the show reading an article about High Pitch Erik recent troubles: he's been accused of stealing $3,000 from a friend. Howard wondered if the amount qualified as grand larceny, and Artie thought so, speculating that the cut-off amount for grand larceny was $2,000. Robin looked it up and reported that $3,000 was actually a D-class felony, so yes, the squeaky-voiced Wack Packer is in deep. Later, Joey Boots explained that Erik is charged with stealing the credit card information from a guy whose life he saved a few months ago. Howard then played some clips of Steve Langford ambushing Erik at his apartment and badgering the details out of him.
Eric the Midget called in to brag that no one would think he was the worst Eric/k anymore. Howard thought a Who's the Worst Person? debate would be worthwhile, but Fred killed it by simply noting that Eric the Midget tried to scam $8,000 from Johnny Fratto while High Pitch only stole $3,000. With the issue settled, Howard then wondered if Eric made real-sized craps or if he shat rabbit pellets. As usual, Eric refused to cooperate/answer the question.
