With the Super Bowl approaching in 2009, the gang was discussing how they were going to watch the big game. Gary excitedly announced that he'd have some friends over to watch the game in his new home theater. The Dell'Abate family and a few other lucky guests would get to sit in the eight comfortable luxury theater seats – the others would have to sit on bar stools.
Howard couldn't imagine why Gary would put bar stools in a home theater, even if they were around a bar. Gary protested that there would be food and people would be moving around and eating. Howard still laughed, and Gary would be goofed on for weeks and will be goofed on again, if his home theater every comes up.
Meet Bill the Stutterer
A caller named Billy stammered his way through a comment on Gary's Super Bowl Party, so Howard stopped him: "How did we miss this guy? Is this your first-time call?" Billy said he'd called before, but the screeners never believed that his stutter was real. Howard then let Billy get to his point (or, at least, try) - he sided with Gary's hospitable instincts.
