Howard welcomed Train to the studio and asked lead singer Pat Monahan how his sex life was going after the birth of his first child. Pat smiled: "I don't talk about my marriage because it's so good I don't want to bum anyone else out."
Howard asked if women were still throwing themselves at him on the road, and Pat looked for help: "Robin, you still got a thing for me?" Robin laughed: "I was watching your ass as you walked in here."
Howard referenced the band's hiatus (and Pat's solo record) and asked the band: "Why is Pat a pain in the ass?" The band said Pat was neurotic: "Almost to a fault. Pat has a hard time enjoying success...it just never seems good enough to this guy."
Pat squirmed, explaining the conversation was cutting too close to the bone: "I think it's just true." The band then treated the crew to acoustic versions of Led Zeppelin's "Going to California" and the hit single off their new album, "Hey Soul Sister."
