It’s Official: Richard Christy Has Gout

Richard came in to report on his visit to the foot doctor yesterday: “It was gout…she gave me shot. She gave me some pills to take.” Robin asked if the pills were antibiotics, and Richard shrugged: “Something like that…the only thing I know about these pills is I can’t drink for a week.”

Howard wondered if Richard planned to drink moderately at the show’s holiday party, and Richard shrugged: “I will because I know you guys will be watching me.” Howard said he meant if he’d avoid alcohol because of the gout, but Richard laughed: “Oh. No.”
