Howard started off the show playing a clip of Eric the Midget kicking people out of his "American Idol" commentary show's chat room for typing "Ack ack." Eric called in to say he never said "ack ack" himself - the line just references the "Mars Attacks" clips Fred plays in the background of his calls - but he accidentally uttered the phrase mid-denial. Howard celebrated the slip and remarked that the whole situation was ridiculous.
Johnny Fratto called in to complain about how Eric calls all the time and creepily asks to speak with his 6-year-old son. Eric replied that Johnny made his own mistakes, including once getting so hopped up on Ambien that he accidentally called Eric's old number – his parents' house – at 5:30 in the morning.
Howard wondered if the call wasn't really an "accident," suggesting that it was retribution for Eric's own middle of the night calls and Johnny laughed: "The thought had crossed my mind."
