Mariann from Brooklyn stopped by – in a HazMat suit – to wish Howard a happy birthday: “Howard, I cannot do for you as much as you have done for the fans.”

Howard confessed that he was weirded out by Mariann’s behavior, citing the time she had High Pitch Erik over to her home.

Mariann said she’d never had High Pitch over – at least, not around her children: “My husband says no…he doesn’t like it. He’s quiet and private.”
