Beth Cries Over Gary’s Book

Howard said Beth teared up while reading Gary’s book over the weekend: “She was crying. She was very moved by the story of Gary and his brother.” But Howard did not feel the same way–he was still angry with Gary for granting a show-related interview to US Weekly: “He’s a yenta…when he gets on that phone to the press, that’s when I begin to worry.” Gary said the US Weekly reporter backdoored him, as the premise of the interview was supposed to be his book: “I wouldn’t usually take a call from US Weekly to talk about [the show].”
