Beth Was Great on ‘Today Show’

Howard said he’d enjoyed watching Beth’s interview on ‘The Today Show’ yesterday, but felt that Kathie Lee Gifford was trying a little too hard to avoid saying his name: “It was kind of awkward watching it because it was weird that I wasn’t being mentioned.” Howard added that he probably deserved the slight (“Listen. I said some really shitty things (about Kathie).”) and thanked Kathie for talking with Beth: “I thought that Kathie Lee was very generous in not saying, ‘Oh, f’ her. She’s married to Howard Stern.'”
