Early in the show, a caller noted that the word “the” was missing from the show’s redesigned set logo: “I think it looks stupid.”

Scott DePace said the new logo had been fully vetted: “You’re wrong…the set designer put it in renderings, everyone looked at it, and no one said it needs a ‘the’.”

Howard agreed: “I wasn’t in that committee but I think I’m ok with it. I saw the renderings [and] I don’t know that I noticed…I don’t miss the ‘the’.”

Howard later joked: “I understand it went over our budget, those three letters.
