Whatever You Do, Don’t Call Him ‘Howie’

Early in the show, Robin said she’d been instructed to deliver a rap demo by the son of someone who works in their agent’s office to “Howie”, but Howard refused it: “I won’t accept it from you. No. Throw it in the garbage.” Robin was in a tight spot: “I don’t blame you, but now I feel stuck. See, I have to go back there.” So Howard scripted her reply: “Tell him ‘Howie’ said he will not accept it and to throw it in the garbage. And tell him the name ‘Howie’ annoys me to no end. And around that office, he should really use his head and not annoy me. It’d be a bad thing to do.”
