It’s Hard for Howard to Focus on People For Too Long

A caller asked what Howard works on with his shrink, so Howard confessed: “I’m distant. I cannot sit and talk with people and stay focused on them…people bore me.”

Robin asked for specifics, so Howard continued: “I don’t concentrate on what’s being said. You see. I drone out. You know that about me.”

Robin said she knew–as did others: “Somebody asked me what I do when you do that and I said, ‘I leave.'”

Howard said his attention always made exception for his kids: “My kids are a very special case.”
