JD’s ‘Gordon Gecko’ Haircut

Howard noted JD’s new slicked-back haircut, a look Fred called the “Gordon Geeko,” so JD came in to attempt an explanation: “Because of the way this guy cut it or whatever, it doesn’t look as good. So I sort of just brush it back.”

Howard saw what the stylist was going for, referencing Michael Pitt’s haircut in ‘Boardwalk Empire,’ but thought JD didn’t have the right face for it: “For you, it’s a very severe look.”
