Howard read a recent report about the side-effects of Propecia and warned Sal that the erectile dysfunction could be permanent: “Even if you stop, you can stop getting a boner.” Sal came in to say he was actually taken an Indian-made knock-off called ‘Apecia’: “It’s A-piece-a shit.” Sal said the report wouldn’t stop him: “It certainly raised concern…there’s a 38% chance that you could become impotent. But 62 is higher than 38.” Sal later admitted that, while he was at a crossroads, he still had a year’s supply: “I’m just going to finish the year out.”
