Among Ted's 'special friends' were some of his children, so Howard invited Sasha, Toby and Fleetwood into the studio. Toby denied that Ted was difficult to deal with, but admitted his confidence was earned: "When I was younger, I think I was scared to speak up."
Sasha also spoke highly of her father, but confessed that she didn't like to go hunting: "I'll go with him on his birthday...I don't particularly enjoy watching [deer] die but I do--I do like the meat."
Fleetwood told Howard that he'd only just learned, in March, at the age of 42, that Ted was his father. He's since renounced his liberal voting record: "I didn't know Ted Nugent was my father at the time, so that's all changed."
Ted then grabbed his guitar and blew through the riffs from his biggest hits, including Stranglehold, Wango Tango and Cat Scratch Fever: "I play my guitar every day...my guitar is always with me."
