Early in the show, Howard said Beth brought home their new cat late last night. Howard hasn't met the cat, but he's already brainstorming names to replace the one the North Shore Animal League gave him: "His name kind of rhymes with homo and I was thinking that would be a cool name but that's not politically correct."
Robin said Howard was right: "Imagine calling the cat when people are around."
Howard obliged: "Faggy the cat!"
Later in the show, Howard read an email Sam Simon had written him about the cat: "I think it's great you're turning your home into a cat sanctuary, but as someone in the rescue community, it's widely known that the third cat is a tipping point into a potential hoarding situation. Think about it. Getting a second cat is 100% more cat. A third is 50% more. A fourth is 33%. The twentieth is a mere 20th."
Howard didn't like where Sam was going with that: "That's not going to make me feel good, is it?"
