Howard started the show gushing about how much he was enjoying his AGT gig: "I almost went out and got an 'America's Got Talent' tattoo. … I love my new job. What can I tell you?" The vibe on set was celebratory: "You have got to go to a live taping of 'America's Got Talent.' It's the greatest show on the planet. … You don't know what it's like to slam that buzzer on a 9-year-old until you do it. And I did it. I had to do it." As a recommitted NBC company man, Howard even attended a "working dinner" at Soho House in LA with Howie, Sharon, Nick Cannon and about 10 others from NBC and AGT's production company, Freemantle: "No spouses allowed." He and Beth later made up the quality time at an LA-area tattoo parlor getting matching "Bianca" tattoos--Beth's can be seen on her Twitter. Howard said he was feeling so good, he even paid for a new skull tattoo for Ronnie.
