Without naming its subject, Dale read the traits of his first staff criminal profile: 1. A conflicted person unable to transition from a previously successful career to their current, moderately successful position. 2. A chameleon-like personality who adjusts behavior depending on the people around them. 3. Repeatedly attempts to resurrect the perceived success of the previous career. 4. Insecure about physical image–vacillates between clothing that covers up and enhances gender. Dale then revealed the subject, Lisa G, who came in to confess: “I knew it was me right away.”
