Yucko the Clown’s unlikely success with his animated show “Brickleberry” looks like it’s leading – as success tends to do – to people seeing dollar signs when they look at Yucko (if you can imagine).

This was the case when a recent episode used a phrase from the Biaviian language “O-Qua Tangin Wann”* (or however the hell you spell it).

When Howard 101 host, and self-proclaimed alien abductee Riley Martin heard about this, he been toying with the notion of suing the sad clown, because he had been the one to bring the phrase to prominence on the Howard Stern Show.

Howard loved the idea of Riley suing, mostly because he’d have to be deposed and questioned under oath about his time with the extra-terrestrials, and that would be some amazing entertainment.

Yucko called in and said it was meant as homage to Riley, and the Stern Show, but hopefully Riley holds out and the matter can be settled in court.
