Stern Show regular and former sober man David Arquette called in to tell the world about his new game – the Kindness Game. David has called in with this game before, but this time he was "wasted" and he really wanted to get into it.
See if you can follow along:
David thinks everyone in life is playing a game, but most people are playing the wrong game. Hitler, he pointed out, was very good at playing the wrong game. Gossip columnists, bullies, all negative people are playing the wrong game.
David seemed to be inspired by the story of DJ Dave Herman. He wanted to express that we're all one, God created everything, and it's all games. Or one Game. Or maybe it was the rapper The Game? And what does this have to do with Dave Herman?
David said his own mother won the game, because she was abused and she even abused her own kids, but somehow David and his siblings don't abuse their children, which means that the cycle stopped, and the game was won. Or something.
Speaking of children, David referred to his daughter Coco as his "first kid," which led Howard to ask if he had any other kids we don't know about. David sort of wheezed and mumbled, giving no direct answer.
In his inebriated state, David's ramblings started to bear a striking resemblence to wack packer Hanzi's ramblings. Howard put Hanzi on the phone with David and even he seemed taken aback by David's talk of "the game".
Ralph Cirella called to point out that David sounded like he was fun again. David had wanted to hang out with Ralph back when he was a partier, but once he got sober, he never reached out. Ralph hopes they can live it up together now that David is back on the sauce.
David signed off, hoping that he wouldn't get "killed" in the press for his statements on the show. We don't know about the media, but the hangover will be a sure-fire killer.
