Dominic Barbara: Busted for Shoplifting

Reports leaked this weekend that attorney, and friend of the Stern Show, Dominic Barbara was caught on camera trying to steal a purse from a Long Island boutique. Dominic later admitted to walking out with the hand bag, but insists he did it accidentally. Howard wondered how one “accidentally” steals a purse.

Benjy was quick to defend Dominic’s story, though, telling Howard that he’s mistakenly shoplifted before. When asked what he took, however, Benjy couldn’t remember any of the items he’d unintentionally swiped. We can only assume the NYPD will be arresting him later today.
