Stern Show regular and occasional Celebrity Intern David Arquette called up this morning and announced that he's drinking again after two-and-a-half years of sobriety.
Though his voice was raspy, David spoke of a "love revolution" and something called "The Kindness Game," which he's very, very into.
David said the media and the Internet need to stop tearing people down and it's disheartening how the whole world is so twisted. Thankfully, David claims he's figured out the game of life. The secret is kindness and the goal is open up a dialogue about love.
You guys at home writing this down?
Howard asked if David's ex-wife Courteney Cox is okay with David drinking again. David said they're all getting along and understanding.
In regards to the recent story that David was fired from a movie due to his hard-partying ways, David said it was another twisted media story – the truth was he wasn't grasping the role and he and the director both decided that Anthony Michael Hall would be better-suited to the part.
Stay strong, David! Peace and love, peace and love (and kindness!)
