Media producer JD Harmeyer is going on a "date" with Howard's beautiful wife Beth to the premiere of the Sandra Bullock/George Clooney film "Gravity," an event JD has been anticipating for years.
Because nobody wants to see JD walk Beth down the red carpet in an ill-fitting, mouse-eaten suit, Ronnie, Gary and Jon Hein all offered to chip in on a sleek new suit.
Elderly fashion icon Ronnie the Limo Driver generously offered to take JD to Macys for the new duds, and they walked out with a suit, shirts, ties, shoes, socks and undershirts for the low low price of $525.
Howard 100 newswoman Lisa G tagged along and, after petting an expensive shoe like a cat, she demanded to see JD's feet. JD demurred, refusing to display his tootsies to Lisa or even to Howard.
God only knows what's going on there.
King of All Blacks called in late in the show to ask why they had to split the suit between three people. Ronnie asked King what his problem was, saying he always calls up to rag on everybody, but he's the one crying to his dad for money.
Howard wished that King would go to his dad for money to buy a new phone, since his phone connection has been sh*tty for decades.
