At the top of the show, Howard noticed that longtime producer Jason Kaplan was still fat.

He was watching Jason move around and had to ask him if he has any intention of getting himself together, weight-wise.

Jason said that yes, as a matter of fact, he was trying to get his health under control.

So what is the diet of a large man who would like to become a medium man?

Jason starts out with a protein bar at 6 AM. Then, at about 7:30, he eats a two egg omelet with cheese and bacon. He reasons away the unhealthy ingredients (the cheese and bacon) by telling himself that they’re loaded with protein. Still, Jason isn’t a dummy and he knows he eats them because they taste good.

He then drinks a fruit drink he makes in his Vitamix – kale, strawberries, oranges. Plus, he throws back a helping of a mixed nuts.

Howard suggesting cutting out the omelet since he’s already got the protein bar and asked Jason what he has for dinner.

Here’s where it gets tricky. Last night, Jason made something called Chicken Divan – which includes the ingredients chicken and broccoli. Unfortunately, it also includes breadcrumbs, cream of mushroom soup and mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is Jason’s favorite food.

Howard told Jason to throw out the Chicken Divan and go with ‘a nice piece of grilled salmon and a handful of brown rice.

Jason loves salmon, but he cooks it covered in mustard and his beloved mayonnaise.

To wrap up, Howard wanted to know if it’s difficult for Jason to have sex at this weight and he admitted that it is. ‘I get tired’.
