Jason Kaplan takes some professional tips for his meal-to-be
As most listeners have heard by now, Stern Show staffer Jason Kaplan has offered to eat a piece of Jeff the Drunk’s dead arm in the event that he has it removed.
Though horrified, Chef Tyler Florence agreed to give some advice on how to best cook the arm if Jason ends up eating it. Listen below for his preparation notes.
“Everyone in my life is upset about it,” Jason revealed to Howard. It became real this past weekend for his wife, who pleaded with him that she didn’t want to be known as the woman married to the guy who ate Jeff’s arm.
Jason’s mom also expressed concern.

Howard added that if this actually happens, it may be the first time he pukes on the air. Nevertheless, the phone lines lit up with listeners who wanted a chance to be on-studio for the once-in-a-lifetime event. Howard said that he would consider letting a few listeners come.
